Terms of Service
eForward forwards email sent to addresses at your own domain to the inboxes you already use. These terms are the agreement between you and eForward ("we", "us") for using eforward.com and app.eforward.com (the "service"). By creating an account you accept them.
1. Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address, or with your Google account; there is no password. Anyone who can read that inbox or use that Google account can use your eForward account, so keep them secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
2. Your domains
You may only connect domains you own or are authorised to manage. We confirm this through the DNS records you add, and mail is forwarded only while those records are in place. If you remove them, or the domain expires, forwarding stops.
3. Plans and payment
- The Free plan includes one domain, one inbox and ten addresses at no charge.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
- A subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your account then moves to the Free plan and its limits.
- If something went wrong with a charge, write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.
- We may change our prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects you.
4. Acceptable use
The service is for receiving mail at your domain and replying to it. You may not use it to:
- send unsolicited bulk mail, or mail that is deceptive, fraudulent or illegal;
- spread malware or phishing, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- connect domains you do not control, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service or with other people's mail.
Every message goes through spam and virus filtering. To protect the service and the inbox providers we deliver to, we may rate-limit, hold or reject mail, disable an address or suspend an account. We will tell you when we do, unless the law or the safety of the service prevents it.
5. Mail handling
We pass messages on as they arrive and do not keep their content, except that a message we could not deliver is kept for up to 7 days so you can read it in the app. Delivery into your inbox depends on your inbox provider; some messages may land in spam or be refused by them. We work hard on deliverability but cannot guarantee that every message arrives.
6. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Forwarding then stops and your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice by email.
7. Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost mail or lost profits. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For changes that matter, we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Using the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
